We use Matomo, a self-hosted analytics platform. No data is shared with third parties. Matomo collects anonymized visitor data to help us improve this website.
Privacy by design: IP addresses are anonymized (last two octets removed). No cross-site tracking. No advertising profiles.
Cookies
Matomo sets one first-party cookie (_pk_id) to recognize returning visitors. This cookie expires after 13 months. No third-party cookies are set.

Security & Data Retention
Security Measures
- All websites served over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
- Self-hosted infrastructure (Nextcloud, n8n) with access controls and regular updates
- Data breach notification to Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens within 72 hours if required
Retention Periods
- Client and invoice data: 7 years (Dutch tax law)
- Contact form and email enquiries: 2 years after last contact
- Health data (coaching): deleted within 1 year after end of coaching relationship
- Analytics data: 13 months maximum
- Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn + 1 year
