The plugin is created specifically for your project and will not be reused, resold, or released publicly.
After full payment, the plugin becomes 100% your property.

- Professional plugin: from €6,000
- Advanced / complex plugin: €10,000+
A fixed price is agreed upon before development starts.
Payment Terms
- 100% payment upfront before development begins
- Development starts after payment has been received
This pricing reflects the exclusivity of the solution and the transfer of ownership.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
- After full payment, all rights and ownership of the plugin are transferred to the client
- The plugin is developed exclusively for the client
- The Viking Webdesign retains no reuse or resale rights
- The plugin will not be offered to other customers or released publicly
This option is ideal when exclusivity and ownership are required.
Maintenance & Updates (Optional)
Ongoing maintenance, updates or additional feature development are not included by default,
but can be provided under a separate agreement. This may include:
- Compatibility updates for future WordPress versions
- Bug fixes
- New features and enhancements
Maintenance rate: €125/hour (1 hour minimum) or monthly retainer from €295/month
Option 2 – Plugin Subscription
Lower upfront cost. Continuous updates. We handle the maintenance.
What this option is
This option is designed for clients who need specific functionality but do not require ownership of the plugin.
You submit a plugin idea or feature request, and The Viking Webdesign designs, develops and maintains the plugin.
The plugin is provided through a monthly subscription model.
You pay for usage, updates and support, while
The Viking Webdesign retains 100% ownership of the plugin.

Ownership & Intellectual Property
- The Viking Webdesign retains 100% ownership of the plugin at all times
- The plugin may be offered to other users or released commercially
- No exclusivity is granted under this option
- Clients receive usage rights for the duration of the active subscription
Subscription Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly
- Access to the plugin is valid only during an active subscription
- If the subscription is cancelled, access to the plugin and updates ends

while enabling The Viking Webdesign to continuously improve and support the plugin.
